Franklin Legal's codes online use a software called LivePublish.  LivePublish uses Virtual Machine (VM), which is a Java application, to assist in rendering the table of contents (the left hand side of the screen) to the user's browser.  In the past, Microsoft has supported Java Apps so if your browser did not have VM, Internet Explorer would automatically download it and install it for you.

Due to a recent court decision, Microsoft no longer is required to support Java and has, in fact, decided not to do so.  Therefore, VM must be downloaded from the following link in order for your LP site to function properly.

Franklin Legal is currently developing a fix to this problem so that our clients and users will be able to view our content without the VM application.
